Transaction Coordination

Contract-to-close timeline management with an interactive custom website highlighting every contingency and deadline tracking, document organization, client communication, inspection and appraisal coordination, escrow communication, lender follow-up, and compliance support.


Listing Support

Listing checklist management, MLS/RMLS preparation support, showing coordination, vendor scheduling with door unlocks, photo and media coordination and boots on the ground, marketing collateral support, open house preparation, and listing launch organization.


Broker-Level Administrative Support

Because I am a practicing and Licensed Oregon Broker, I understand the language, timelines, compliance expectations, and pressure points of a real estate transaction. I bring a more strategic eye to the process, helping you catch details before they become problems. Legally, as a licensed broker, I can also draft all your contracts and addendums through OREF, so you don't have to.

Full-Service TC and Broker Assistant

This is for Brokers who want a TC who can also assist with preparing OREF agreements & addendums, listing preparation, vendor coordination and meeting vendors at the property, showing unrepresented buyers the house, curated buyer tours showing properties, communication with clients, watering plants, open house preparation, pre-listing walkthrough prep, being present for photoshoots and ensuring a photo-ready house, inspection coverage, appraisal coverage, vacation coverage, etc.

Transaction Coordinator & Listing Assistant

10% of your commission

Includes Seller-side specific services of a Broker Assistant.

Minimum $1,500 paid at closing through escrow. 

No extra fees for failed sales.

Transaction Coordinator & Buyer Assistant

10% of your commission

Includes Buyer-side specific services of a Broker Assistant.

Minimum $1,500 paid at closing through escrow.

$800 service fee for buyer terminated sales billed directly to Broker.


Transaction Coordinator Only

This is for Brokers who need someone to keep the transaction organized from accepted offer to close. I manage all the paperwork, timelines, and contingency deadlines with an interactive custom website. Includes document organization, compliance support, client communication, escrow communication, lender follow-up, and coordinating vendors. Fully remote service.

Transaction Coordinator - Listing Side

$1,000

Includes Seller-side Transaction Coordinator remote services only.

$1,000 flat-fee paid at closing through escrow*.

Transaction Coordinator - Buyer Side

$1,000

Includes Buyer-side Transaction Coordinator  remote services only.

$1,000 flat-fee paid at closing through escrow*.

*Any terminated or failed sales will include an additional fee of $800 billed directly to Broker.
